Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes, within a limited window. Stowena offers a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. To cancel an order during this window, please reach out to our support team at Info@stowena.com as quickly as possible with your order number. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellation, and once the order has shipped it can no longer be canceled — though you're welcome to initiate a return after delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

What happens if my product arrives defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Stowena will make it right at no cost to you. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at Info@stowena.com, and please attach a few clear photos of the issue so we can move quickly. How long does it take to receive a refund after returning an item?
After your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the processing time of your bank or card provider. Can I exchange my item for a different size, color, or product?
