Every tier has two steel support ribs running under the deck, 10 across the unit, so a load sits on steel rather than on the deck alone, and the rolled-edge posts resist twisting without slicing your hands during the build. Each shelf is 48.2 inches wide and 24 deep, the depth that takes a 27-gallon tote, shelf heights adjust for tall bins and tires, and the 72-inch unit splits into two shorter units. The boltless rivet design goes together in under 10 minutes with the rubber mallet and gloves in the box.

Yes. Each shelf is 48.2 inches wide and 24 inches deep, and the 24 inch depth is what takes a standard 27-gallon tote front to back. Shelf heights adjust, so you can set the spacing for tall totes on one tier and short bins on the next.
