Description
Five shelves in a footprint 31.49 inches wide, 62.99 inches tall, with 45 pounds of rated capacity on every board. If the only wall you have left is the narrow one, this is the bookcase shaped for it.
The load path runs through metal, not board. The shelves sit on a welded metal frame with 0.79 inch square legs, and steel X bars tie the uprights together across the back, so the unit resists the sideways racking that loosens budget shelving. A wall attachment kit is included for anchoring. Two sizing notes: the four lower tiers each give 13.39 inches of clear height, enough for hardbacks standing upright, and the boards are 11.02 inches deep so the unit does not push into the room.
