The fifth wheel is an anti tilt caster set into the center of the base, and it catches the cabinet the instant a loaded bottom drawer tries to pull it forward. Two of the corner casters lock, the single top lock secures all three drawers at once with 2 keys included, and the two deep drawers carry adjustable hanging bars for Letter, Legal and A4 folders, with removable pencil trays in the shallow top drawer. Underneath sit two lockable casters, two that swivel a full 360 degrees, and one anti tilt wheel set into the centre of the base. That centre wheel catches the cabinet the moment a loaded bottom drawer tries to pull it forward, which is the exact failure a four caster pedestal has.
One lock, three drawers, two keys
The lock sits in the top of the cabinet and secures all three drawers at once rather than pinning one of them, so at the end of the day the whole thing is either open or it is shut. Two keys come in the box.

Will it tip if I load the bottom drawer and pull it right out?
That is what the fifth wheel is for. Four of the casters sit at the corners and the fifth is an anti tilt wheel set into the centre of the base, so when the loaded bottom drawer swings the weight forward the centre wheel takes it. Two of the corner casters also lock if you would rather it stayed put.
How much assembly is there?
Very little. The cabinet ships mostly assembled and the only parts you attach are the wheels, so it goes from carton to under the desk in a few minutes rather than an evening.
