Description
Overhead light at midnight is a rude way to check the time. This little mushroom fixes that hour. It's turned from solid beech, cap and stem, with a warm 2.4W LED tucked under the cap. Press the brass switch on the stem and it pools soft light exactly where a nightstand needs it, enough to find the water glass without waking the room.
It runs on a rechargeable battery, topped up through the charging port with the included cable, so there's no cord trailing while it glows. At 6.5 inches tall it sits happily on a shelf, a desk or beside the bed, and the wood grain means each one carries its own pattern. When it's off it still looks like something you chose on purpose.
